The newest exhibition from Quin Arts, “In Bloom,” launches May 10 at the Quin, located at 57th Street and Sixth Avenue. The group exhibition, co-curated by Quin Arts curator DK Johnston and New York-based curator Lori Zimmer, promises a very fresh take on floral-themed works to celebrate spring. Zimmer and Johnston have invited 29 artists to use their signature styles to create floral-themed pieces, for a light, airy and warm exhibition to pair with New York’s most magical season.

Original works by Alexis Hilliard, Annika Connor, ASVP, Beau Stanton, C215, CRASH (John Matos), Elizabeth Winnel, Ellannah Sadkin, Erik Foss, Galo, Icy & Sot, Jamie Martinez, Jeremy John Kaplan, Joanne Leah, Jon Burgerman, Kathryn Rose, Keya Tama, Logan Hicks, Mando Marie, Michael DeFeo, Mindy Linkous, Nick Walker, Pure Evil (Charley Uzzell Edwards ), Robert Malmberg, Ron English, Sean Augustine March, Vahge and Wulf Von Treu will adorn the Quin wall in varying sizes.

The 15 foot video wall will be taken over by Brooklyn-based artist Ashley Garner’s gorgeous Synaesthesia series, which features six films on loop that explore a meditative space and six separate hues influenced by color psychology. The six-part video series is paired with audio compositions by ALURIA.

The Quin is managed by Highgate, a premier real estate investment and hospitality management company whose growing portfolio includes more than 100 properties in gateway cities worldwide.
